Celebrating Progress and Leading Change at Galvanize Law Group

The American Bar Association (ABA) recently highlighted the significant strides women have made in the legal profession. Women now make up 56% of law students and, for the first time, over half of law firm associates are women (50.3%). These numbers show how far the profession has come, but challenges remain—women represent just 28% of law firm partners and 41% of practicing lawyers in the U.S. The path to true gender equity is ongoing.

At Galvanize Law Group, we embrace progress with excitement. As a women-owned and managed firm, we see every day how diversity strengthens the legal profession and improves the services we provide.

The vision for Galvanize Law Group began with founding partners, Attorneys Kate Strauss and January Allen. With decades of experience working with construction and design professionals, they launched the firm in 2020 to meet the unique legal needs of the Colorado construction industry. By embracing modern technology and client-centered strategies, Galvanize Law Group remains flexible, fast, and responsive to its clients and team members alike.

If you would like to learn more about our services or connect with our team, we would love to hear from you.
