Transactional Paralegal
Galvanize Law is a progressive law firm serving the construction industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detailed transactional paralegal with a bachelor’s or associate degree in paralegal studies (or equivalent experience), strong communication skills, deadline management expertise, and preferably experience in construction litigation or related fields. Our paralegals must have high proficiency in learning new computer programs and be self-motivated to ensure accuracy and completion of all work in an on-line environment. Paralegals work directly with our attorneys to investigate cases, communicate with clients, obtain and organize case documents and information, identify case deadlines and ensure the legal team meets those deadlines. All paralegal candidates must be organized, detailed orientated, professional, accountable, and committed to helping us meet our clients' needs.

Are schedule flexibility and remote working options important to you? At Galvanize Law, we trust the professionalism and work ethic of our Team, most of whom utilize hybrid or remote work options. The firm operates out of a robust firm practice management platform, allowing instantaneous access to file documentation and un-tethering team members from physical files. As a result, Galvanize Law’s work opportunities are generally flexible and can be performed in a remote or semi-remote environment.
