Senior General Practitioner Attorney
Galvanize Law is seeking a 5–10-year Associate, Of Counsel, or Partner to join our amazing team of client-centered professionals servicing the construction industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detailed litigation attorney with some business transactions experience who values team culture, professional development, work/life balance, and outstanding resources. The ideal business transactions candidate will have five or more years working in complex business transactions in one or more of the following fields: real estate, corporate, finance and/or tax. Alternately, a general practitioner candidate will have experience in contract review and negotiation, general business formation and governing documents, construction or real property litigation, mechanic’s lien foreclosure, or other commercial litigation matters.
Associate Attorney
Galvanize Law is seeking a 2-5 year Associate Attorney to join our amazing team of client-centered professionals servicing the construction industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detailed associate attorney with experience in one or more of the following areas: commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, business transactions, real estate transactions, or a combination of these areas, who values team culture, professional development, work/life balance, and outstanding resources. The ideal attorney candidate is organized, professional, accountable, and committed to helping us meet our clients' needs. This position is envisioned to be a general practice position, working with partners who are assisting clients with basic corporate needs (contracts, employee handbooks), litigation needs (mechanic’s liens, commercial litigation), and other needs including real estate and business transactions.
