Senior General Practitioner Attorney

Galvanize Law is seeking a 5–10-year Associate, Of Counsel, or Partner to join our amazing team of client-centered professionals servicing the construction industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detailed litigation attorney with some business transactions experience who values team culture, professional development, work/life balance, and outstanding resources. The ideal business transactions candidate will have five or more years working in complex business transactions in one or more of the following fields: real estate, corporate, finance and/or tax. Alternately, a general practitioner candidate will have experience in contract review and negotiation, general business formation and governing documents, construction or real property litigation, mechanic’s lien foreclosure, or other commercial litigation matters.

Senior Paralegal

Galvanize Law is seeking a senior transactional paralegal and a senior litigation paralegal to join our amazing team of client-centered professionals serving the construction industry. For the senior litigation position, the ideal candidate has at least five years of litigation experience and is able to manage multiple ongoing complex litigations. For the senior transactional paralegal, the ideal candidate has significant real estate and transactional experience, including experience preparing and recording mechanic’s liens. Additional experience in collections and lien foreclosure litigation preferred.
