Alec Jordan obtained his J.D. from the University of Denver School of Law in May 2020, also earning certificates in Commercial/Corporate Law and in Environmental and Natural Resource Law. Alec worked as a law clerk through much of law school for Honorable Judge Anne Ollada in Arapahoe County Court and for a private law firm, earning valuable experience in drafting and revising contracts, employee handbooks, complaints, affidavits, demand letters, under attorney supervision. Alec Jordan focuses his practice on transactional work, construction liability, real estate and civil litigation. Alec woks on a variety of complicated construction matters, which includes the representation of developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect claims, general liability claims, breach of contract claims, and payment disputes.
