Event Wrap-Up: ASAC Women of Construction | Cabernet & Construction 2025

On a perfect spring evening in Denver, Galvanize Law joined industry peers at Blanchard Family Wines for the Cabernet & Construction event, hosted by the American Subcontractors Association of Colorado (ASAC) Women of Construction (WOC) Committee. The event brought together professionals from across the construction industry for an evening of wine, networking, and meaningful conversation—centered around empowering and uplifting women in construction.

The WOC Committee’s mission is clear: to empower and inspire women in the construction industry to advance their professional careers through opportunities for networking, education, and support from their colleagues. Events like Cabernet & Construction create space for those values to shine.

At Galvanize Law, we’re proud to be part of this dynamic and growing community, with Founding Partner Kate Strauss as the Women of Construction co-chair. The evening was filled with authentic conversations, new connections, and a shared commitment to building a more inclusive future for our industry. With the doors open to let in the perfect Colorado breeze, it was the ideal setting to celebrate the strength and potential of women in construction.

A highlight of the night? Our BBQ spices and cookbook raffle basket went home with Gabe Rodriguez of Leavitt Group—just in time for grilling season!
