Victory in the Courtroom: Galvanize Law Secures Favorable Verdict for Client

Another trial win and another happy client!

Galvanize Law obtained a complete defense verdict against a plaintiff’s claims for damages in excess of $500,000, plus obtained an award in favor of our client on its counterclaim. Galvanize argued to the jury that our client, a Colorado general contractor, worked hard to provide clear communication to the client throughout the contract and construction process, and that our client had reasonable expectations that it would be paid for its work. The jury agreed, by awarding our client the full amount of its outstanding invoice.

Each jury trial brings unique challenges for counsel to piece together complex and specialized information and present that information to the jury in a palatable and engaging fashion.
